This one will be a Restorative Sleep Kickstart to go with the Restorative Sleep course.
OVERVIEW
Starting Monday June 22nd - Sunday June 28th, we'll be focusing on two aspects of restorative sleep:
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
For herbs, CHOOSE ONE of these nervines (nervous system herbs):
- Milky oats (considered a restorative for a depleted nervous system, take as tincture)
- Chamomile (relaxing, mildly sedating, drink as tea)
- Lemon balm (relaxing, mildly sedating, take as tea)
For movement, CHOOSE ONE of these mindful movements:
I will be adding a page to the Restorative Sleep Course for this 7-day kickstart. That page will include links to YouTube videos for yoga and qi gong. I will also provide my own video demo of a short qigong set that I like to use daily.
For now start thinking about which herb and which movement you'd like to explore.
