Reflection time - business wise
As we approach the end of the year ( it doesn’t matter the industry ) most people have taken their foot off the gas.
I get it at a time like this depending on the industry a lot of our clients / customers are focused on buying gifts for their family and are busy with events etc so transaction volume is just going to naturally be down.
Just because that’s the case doesn’t mean we can’t still be doing small things that are going to position us in a way to have a better year next year.
Personally this is the time I’m reflecting on my business, seeing where most business came from, seeing where it didn’t, seeing if theres any new places I can put my energy into that’s going to get me a good return, seeing if there’s any new systems I can put in place that’s going to allow me to make more and do less next year.
To get into the nitty gritty,
I’m hiring an assistant to generate leads, manage leads, take care of all the back end mundane work & do what needs to be done to get them on the phone so I can do what I do best and just sell… Basically trying to automate everything
So point is, if you want to beat your competition or even just double what you did last year .. measure what has been tracked and see what worked, didn’t work and implement new systems and strategies to do more this year.
Happy Monday, let’s get after it
