I'm grateful I took a leap of faith and decided to join a 5K race today. I submitted my participation application and payment. It starts on Sunday, February 15th.
I've always admired marathon runners, finding it interesting to do. A 5K race means 5 km which is equivalent to about 3 mi. So this is considered a 3-mile run on a course.
I'm ordering a selfie stick so I can have some footage documenting my first time experience 😁 🏁 🏃🏾♀️💨
