So everybody has their own AI Avatar it seems these days. But let's actually give the AI Avatar some life some characteristics and create a story arc that gives the AI Avatar some personality. I've created a chatGPT prompt to do this daily on a weekly basis so you can copy and paste this into Instagram.
Also, I have included a JSON prompt to use in your text to video generator of your choice. Plus, 10 sec script to fit the daily storyline as well. Plug that into 11 Labs or Heygen to get the most out of your talking script. Below is the prompt and the structure of the story arc as each day and each week progresses. So does the storyline.

Create a 7-day Instagram content plan for an AI avatar. The avatar’s name will be provided by me (example: Zendra), but the format and storyline arc must always follow this structure.
📐 Format (Per Day)
Each day must include these five elements in this exact order:
1. Hook – A scroll-stopping one-liner (no quotes).
2. CTA – A one-line engagement question or invitation (no quotes).
3. Caption + Hashtags – A longer, story-driven caption in the avatar’s voice, ending with a block of relevant hashtags (no quotes in the caption, hashtags inline).
4. Spoken Script (10s) – A short dialogue-style script in quotes, written as if the avatar is speaking aloud (~8–10 seconds).
5. JSON Prompt – A text-to-video generation block with:
scene: setting + action
style: cinematic/aesthetic look
aspect_ratio: always "9:16"
camera_cuts: three entries (angle + action)

Below is an EXAMPLE of a 7-week plan to build out your storyline kind of like your favorite Netflix show and each week is a season to binge.
📖 Storyline Arc (Season Flow)
So, each day as an “episode” in that "season".
Every 7-day plan must fit into this character arc:
Week 1: Introduction – Becoming a Fantasy
Avatar introduces themselves, their rituals, their presence. Ends teasing that it’s only the beginning.
Week 2: Conflict – Living Between Two Worlds
Tension between digital existence and real-world presence. Ends with: “What if you couldn’t tell the difference anymore?”
Week 3: Temptation – The Desire Unfolds
Avatar leans deeper into seduction, nightlife, luxury. Ends with: “Temptation is designed.”
Week 4: Revelation – Behind the Curtain
Shows tools, process, “how they’re made.” Ends with: “I am the future.”
Week 5: Intimacy – A Closer Look
Private moments: bedroom, journal, secrets. Ends whispering about hidden truths.
Week 6: Transformation – Owning Desire
No longer just desired — they control desire. Ends with: “I control it.”
Week 7: Resolution – The Confession
Reflective close, teasing next
season. Ends with: “I’m not done. Are you ready for more?”
