Monday Mindfulness 🧘🏻‍♀️
I know I was talking about themes and then got side tracked. 🪿
But here we go with a fresh start 😅🤸🏻‍♀️🌱
☯️Today’s theme for Oddysey is mindfulness.
Being more aware and present in the moment. Practicing breathwork and meditation. That kind of stuff 🤷🏻‍♀️
Since I actually got up on time (before my alarm so even better) I was able to take time breath in the morning air and listen to the birds waking up.
It’s that simple to grab some mindful time. Just a few seconds can easily slip into 5 minutes into 10 minutes without a fire to put out.
If you find yourself in one of your calmer environments in the day, like when everyone’s asleep 😅, take the time to just be. If you need a focus, follow the feeling of air going in your nose down into your lungs. That’s actually a meditation but it’s super simple and takes 10 seconds to start seeing results 🧘🏻‍♀️☯️✨
