But here we go with a fresh start ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ
โ˜ฏ๏ธTodayโ€™s theme for Oddysey is mindfulness.
Being more aware and present in the moment. Practicing breathwork and meditation. That kind of stuff ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
Since I actually got up on time (before my alarm so even better) I was able to take time breath in the morning air and listen to the birds waking up.
Itโ€™s that simple to grab some mindful time. Just a few seconds can easily slip into 5 minutes into 10 minutes without a fire to put out.
If you find yourself in one of your calmer environments in the day, like when everyoneโ€™s asleep ๐Ÿ˜…, take the time to just be. If you need a focus, follow the feeling of air going in your nose down into your lungs. Thatโ€™s actually a meditation but itโ€™s super simple and takes 10 seconds to start seeing results ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธโ˜ฏ๏ธโœจ
