Quick question for the community this week...
If you had to be honest about your business right now — how many offers or services are you carrying that you secretly know don't belong anymore?
A) None — my menu is clean and focused
B) One or two things I should probably cut
C) A few things that made sense once but not anymore
D) My menu looks like the Cheesecake Factory and I know it
