Your Unhealed Trauma is Holding You Back
Most guys don’t realise the reason they can’t focus, feel anxious in school, or never feel truly happy… is because of unhealed trauma.
I’ve coached over 100 young people through this. Trauma isn’t permanent. You’re not born with it. And no antidepressants or ignoring it won’t fix the root.
Here’s the 3-step process I use with clients to finally start healing:
1. Journal the story
Write out your trauma in detail.
Then ask:
• What can I be grateful for?
• How did it make me stronger?
• How can I rewrite this story in an empowering way?

2. Feel it daily
Stop burying it. Revisit the tough moments in a safe space.
Attach it to your daily routine (like journaling or meditation).
3. Use healing methods after feeling it
Breathwork
Cold exposure
Shaking
Bonus: open up to someone safe (friends, mentors, coaches)
When you heal trauma, you feel twice the person you are now. Calm. Present. Free from being pulled around by stupid desires. People around you will notice the difference.
