• Reduce stiffness
• Move better on and off the golf course
Inside The Mobility Vault you’ll soon find sessions based around the key movement patterns that affect your golf swing, helping you target the areas that need the most work.
If you’re not sure where to start, begin with this full-body session and aim to complete it 2-3 times per week.
