✍️ Write From the Line Wednesday
Every poet starts with the same first line — but where the poem goes is completely up to you.
Today's line:
The door I almost opened still remembers my hand.
Write a poem that begins with this line and let the story unfold from there.
Maybe it's about: • a missed opportunity
• a memory that lingers
• a life that almost happened
• or a secret better left closed
There are no rules today except one: Start with the line and see where it takes you.
Let the words wander.
