Girl
I will eat toast for the rest of my life
Please don’t make me go to WORK
I belong in windswept meadows
And among different rocks and streams
I belong smoking a cigarette on the porch, writing
And I know this because my dreams
Tell me so
I am a pioneer for poetry, I am its happiest
Parishioner
Girl girl girl
Can we walk these moored lands
….can we possibly hold hands?
The wares of a woman construct me,
Her heart will destruct me
Like no other
And I know because your laugh in
My tangled hair is the preacher
Yet
Somehow I still can’t reach her
