🚨Bad New🚨
I just received a email from Amazon. I was told my account would be all good. I went and ordered more books yesterday and now we have new problems. They aren't allowing me to enter other addresses only mine. That is no good because they mail them to me then I have to pay for shipping again to mail to you. So I have spent most of the day trying to figure out why my account is having so many issues. So the email I just got is Amazon is closing my account now and issuing refunds on books that have already been purchased and I'm being banned from Amazon. My Amazon KDP account and my authors page. This means I can no longer publish my own books the books I already have published will no longer be available on Amazon. This makes no since to me. I have done nothing wrong. So I have to file a appeal with them whatever hoops I need to jump through. Tomorrow I plan on spending all day trying to figure this out why I've been banned. Sorry for the problems and when I start getting refunded back for your books you ordered I will send your payment to you again my apologies that Amazon hates me. Just received another email saying something alone the lines that my attitude towards staff is why I'm being banned. I have no idea what that means. Yes I was upset and a little angry and I may have chosen some wrong words to use but this is unbelievable. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them with Amazon?
