Super easy spot for beginners. Even tho you can see the fish in the water here it is loaded with huge Shellies. Use a #2 hook, small split shot and no cork is needed. Throw it out in front of the culvert or out about 20 yards from it and hold on. I've had huge Shellies pull my rod in the water when I sat it down and turned my back.
