What I appreciate most about Apex is that it’s built around actually doing real estate, not just talking about it. The live calls, deal analysis, masterclasses, resources, & access to Robert & the team provide real value. The community is another huge plus—investors openly sharing knowledge, contacts, experiences, and helping each other along the way. You still have to put in the work, but Apex gives you the education, tools, network, and support to help you succeed.

I love the community team and their honesty. The relationship between McKenna and Robert is truly admirable; they motivate me to keep moving forward. I never miss their videos—"Real Estate Shark Tank" and "The Flip Flop Power Hour"—as they are valuable learning tools. I admire Adam; he is a great leader and team member. I appreciate all the work McKenna, Robert and Adan put into this group. But what makes it even better is that we have so many knowledgeable people commenting and posting what they have done in their lives that I get answers to questions that I had not thought of yet. It's a great group and if I only learn one thing a year it's worth more than it cost for the membership.

I've been in here almost 2 years and have met some amazing people (even the founders!) that are actually doing Real Estate deals. I am even a part of those deals. The money I pay to belong does not come close to the valuable relationships I have been able to build. Networking still takes effort, but I learned 30 years ago, my networth equals or exceeds my Network!
