Welcome. My dearest Soul Sisters, as you arrive, one by one, we have already anchored ourselves in Christ, in our homes, families, workplaces and churches and now we have a sacred place to gather to just Be!
You Belong Here.
You belong here because you carry more than most people see.

and even the steady one needs steadiness.
You belong here because you are allowed to pause
before you pour again.
You belong here because you were not created
to live in constant reaction.
You belong here because God restores souls —
not only the exhausted,
not only the broken,
but the responsible,
the capable,
the relied-upon.
You belong here because you do not have to earn rest.
You belong here because belonging is not performance.
You belong here because this is not about perfection.
It is about return.
⚓ Return First™
My dear one…
I know who you are.
You are the one who holds things together.
The one people come to.
The one who sees what’s needed before anyone says a word.
You carry… beautifully.
But you also carry… constantly.
And somewhere along the way, you were taught—without anyone saying it out loud—
👉 respond quickly
👉 decide under pressure
👉 don’t drop anything
👉 don’t let anyone down
So you learned to move fast…
even when your soul needed to be still.
But I want to give you something different.
Something you can return to…
again and again…
like water at the edge of the shore.
🌿 Before you respond… return.
Before you answer the text…
before you solve the problem…
before you make the decision…
before you carry what was just handed to you…
Return.
Return to your breath.
Return to the quiet place within you.
Return to the truth that you are not alone.
Return to the God who is not in a hurry.
You are not meant to live
in a constant state of urgency.
Clarity does not come from pressure.
It comes from a soul
that has been steadied.

When the message comes in
and your chest tightens…
You don’t rush.
You pause.
You breathe.
You let the wave pass through you
instead of becoming it.
And then…
you respond from steadiness.
When everything in your life
feels like it needs you at once…
You don’t spin.
You place your hand on the counter…
you feel your feet on the ground…
and you whisper,
“Lord… steady me before I move.”
And suddenly…

You return.

not reaction.

You don’t panic-decide.
You return.
Because what is aligned
will still be there
after you are steady.

Not:

But:

🌿 And here is the truth I want you to feel
You are not behind.

You are not dropping the ball.
You have simply been living
without returning.
But now you can.

Like the water…

to the shore.

Before anything…
Return first.
