Finally joined the office after my treatment!
So it's a really big win for me and it's the only platform where I can share. I was diagnosed with cancer last year in August and my whole life felt like crushing inside me. I couldn't believe what just happened.
Cried for days, thought of death, worked from home, endured a lot of pain, somehow managed chemotherapies, cried a lot during some of them, and finally it's over.
My esteemed director and colleagues supported me more than I can express in words. Yesterday, I joined the office and they gave me the most heart warming welcome and I couldn't hold back my tears.
I am so so so grateful for wonderful family, friends, and people around me. 🌻
I haven't disclosed this to many people as they might worry so I cannot discuss this on other platforms. Thanks to Saheli for this amazing girls community where I can talk my heart out ❤️
