Creating a Meaningful Culture
Here’s the 3 post-it-note motto I drill into my kids (and my teams) every single day:
Today my crew of little humans headed back to school, and as always, I sent them out with the same three reminders that shape everything we do—at home and in business:
1️⃣ Be kind.
2️⃣ Be helpful.
3️⃣ Have fun.
🫶 Kindness first—because how you treat people is everything.
🤝 Helpfulness—because we rise by lifting others.
🙌 Fun—because joy belongs in every room, not just as a reward when the work’s “done.”
This isn’t just parenting—it’s the real backbone of great teams and lasting company culture.
