Your energy type explains how you're designed to use energy, make decisions and avoid burnout. Knowing this information about you allows you to work and rest better and make more wise decisions!
Step 1: Click THIS LINK and get a free copy of your Human Design Chart, also known as a "body graph".
Step 2: Once you download your chart, find your Energy Type. It will be one of these 5: Generator, Manifesting Generator, Manifestor, Projector, or Reflector.
