Fear and Ego
I finished the course on fear and ego and realized I have been holding back in my career due to fear. I started applying for new roles with support of my leader that would stretch me and help my growth. I also realized yesterday I was headed down a negative path with my words in a conversation and was able to redirect my thoughts and refocus towards positivity. I’m a work in progress but starting my mornings out shifting makes a big difference in my day.
