Hey, I am New!

I just joined. I am a realtor, developer, and entrepreneur. I excel at networking, finding deals, and making them happen. AI is a huge leverage for me and my business. I have fully entitled a 196 condo hotel and used Grok & Chat GPT to help me write the development agreements, verify city docs, do market analysis etc. I want to learn more how to use AI to help me with personal finances, business coaching, and growing my personal business.

Have any tips? What resources should I use/go to first?
