Today's Coffee & Collaboration session on AI notetakers was so informative!
A diverse group of professionals from around the world explored the use of these AI tools, which are appearing everywhere.
The discussion highlighted three clear themes:
>Transparency
>Consent
>Accuracy
>Data Privacy
Based on today's discussion, I will develop a set of guidelines that people can use when organising or attending meetings, as well as points to consider when choosing an AI notetaker. The goal is to give professionals the confidence to adopt AI notetakers responsibly, while keeping collaboration and trust at the centre of the process.
