Our First Coffee and Collaboration Session is in the Diary!
Head over to the calendar tab at the top and put the date in your calendar.
The session will allow us to share the pros and cons of AI notetakers and develop a set of "Social Rules" that we can use as inspiration to create our own guidelines when we attend or arrange meetings and have to consider notetakers.
Ideas for discussion include:
  • Timings - should we let people know we intend to bring an AI notetaker prior to the meeting?
  • Data - everyone is concerned about data leaks so how do we build trust with other attendees?
  • Rationale - some notetakers are a genuine aid to people, so when there is a ban, could there be exceptions?
  • Appointed notetaker - should the organiser appoint one notetaker and distribute the notes?
Lots to think about.
Spread the word. The more the merrier.
