Living with Addison's doesn't mean living small.
In March 2025 I ended up in ICU and came out with an Addison's diagnosis. I was scared of doing too much and scared this was the end of the life I knew.
It wasn't. Today I'm training, working and fitter than before my diagnosis, and I want to show you how.
The Addison's Family is the group I wish I'd found back then: positive, supportive, and full of people who get it.
Inside you get:
📞 A live weekly call (recorded if you miss it)
💪 Home and gym workouts, with low-energy versions
🍳 Simple meal plans and habits
🌅 My daily routines
🧡 A community that understands
You don't have to do this alone. Come join us.
