Day 9 - The lookout
1️⃣ Today’s Brain Task (5–7 minutes) The Catch ⚾ Hold a ✏️pen (or any small object) at shoulder height. Drop it. Try to catch it as quickly as you can. Repeat 5️⃣ times. Notice: • Did you catch it higher or lower each time? • Did you feel more ready after the first drop? 2️⃣ The Recall Without re-checking, write: • What you remember • What was easy • What was hard🤹 3️⃣ Post-Back Comment below with: ✔️ “Done” + ✔️ One thing you noticed
Day 10 - The Lookout
1️⃣ Today’s 🧠Task Choose 1️⃣ small task. Work on it for 7 minutes with zero interruptions. 2️⃣ The Recall Without re-checking, write: • What you remember • What was easy • What was hard 3️⃣ Post-Back Comment below with: ✔️ “Done” + ✔️ 1️⃣ thing you noticed
Week 1 - Reflection
🧠 Weekly Reflection (15 min) - “What did you notice this week?” - “What felt easier than expected?” - “What are you proud of showing up for?” This week we worked on the Archivist (memory/recall) and the Lookout (attention and processing speed). These DO-mains work along side each other for lessening the "cognitive load" of confusion.📤📥
