Intro
Good evening all!
I’ve just joined the community so wanted to introduce myself.
I’m currently Managing Director of a software reseller and consultancy that I want to acquire. I have a small holding company that I would look to use as the acquisition vehicle. I want to learn more about ways to fund the acquisition.
