Fundamentals of your studio
Hi everyone,
I wanted to make a video on the fundamentals of a lucrative yoga studio.
There are 3 variables that matter: Niche + Offer + Service/Outcome.
When the niche is clearly defined, when the offer is tailored to the specific needs of your niche, and when you deliver on your promise, then success is a natural byproduct of your actions.
