Day 3. I’m doing a post every dayfor the next 7 days, giving you a specific idea each day. I want you to comment below telling me what you would do instead and if you did this, why you did it and how it helped.
The 5-Minute Refusal Reset
When your child says
“I can’t.”
“It’s too hard.”
“I’m not doing it.”
Don’t argue for 20 minutes.
Instead
Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Just start.
Most resistance melts once movement begins.
It’s neurological, not laziness.
This is for those families who are finding it harder to cope with the work or their child is simply losing interest in the prep.
