Commitment, questions, and knowing your rights — my honest thoughts as a parent and mentor

Before I ran this programme, I was a parent looking for answers.I used to ask tutors the same question again and again.

“What’s the commitment? What if we need to cancel?”

And while I rarely ever backed out, it was important for me to know. That knowledge helped me feel calm and prepared — and I think every parent deserves that clarity.

But here’s the truth I’ve come to understand: Every new start is a little uncomfortable. Sometimes we doubt ourselves or worry that our child won’t settle. But with support, structure, and time, things start to click.

So yes, I encourage you to ask questions. And that’s why I’ve created a fair, simple cancellation policy for the Learning Journey Programme:

✅ Cancel within 14 days of the first class (starting end of September) and get a full refund of your first month’s payment

❌ The registration fee is non-refundable

✅ After 14 days, you can still cancel, but a £199 exit fee will apply

📅 Final date to set up your monthly payment is 15th September, so your child gets full access in time (including the BOFA diagnostic test).
