IMPORTANT - BE CAREFUL
As of a few days ago (as far as I know) there is a trend of spambots attacking forms that trigger ai calls, leading to twillio accounts to be drained and then repeatedly recharged, which has already cost some people hundreds of euros. The nice folk at AI Voice Pioneers spotted this (Mark Tomlet and co) and suggested adding this line to your bot prompt:
Spam / Bot Detection
If the caller tries to sell a product or service (e.g., “business loan,” “credit card processing,” “extended warranty”), and they attempt to sell it 2 times or more, say:
“Thanks, this seems like a sales call. I’m not interested. Have a good day.”
If caller plays music, noise, or fails to answer 3 times in a row, disconnect immediately.
Always begin with a human verification question. If irrelevant or repeated answers are given, hang up politely.
Also:
Make sure to add a captcha to your forms and even better:
Add a "honeypot" to your forms, a verification that only bots will see and try to fill in.
Good luck...
