Cortical Labs using human brain cells for AI development...
OK, this one is something I haven't heard before, and it's still in an experimental phase apparently, but still worth keeping an eye on: https://corticallabs.com/ is developing a revolutionary approach to improving AI efficiencey...by hooking it up with human brain cells (although they're not in a brain)...best is probably if you check out the website before I explain this all wrong...one line jumped out at me: "The research we’ve conducted has produced the world’s first commercialized biological computer."
