Overdue Introduction

My name is Adam and I am new to the credit space. My main focus is Industrial Environmental Compliance and Vacant Land Due Diligence (Dirt Diligence). I also have a small residential wholesaling operation focused on the Atlanta, Detroit, and Outer Chicago suburbs.

All ventures are heavily integrated with AI.

I joined this group for 2 main reasons. 1.) David leads with authenticity, something we desperately need more of and I support that wholeheartedly, and 2.) I want to be knowledgeable in credit and business funding for scaling my own ventures.

Currently around a 660 credit score after pulling a mortgage on a new house and a couple 0% cards. Utilization is in the 30% range and dropping.
