- Feedback and discussion focused on results, not theory debates
What this is NOT

- A place for ego, shortcuts, or overcomplicating mechanics
- A “watch and hope it works” course
How to get the most out of this
- Go to Classroom → Module 1 and complete it fully
- Apply it on court before moving on
- Post questions after you’ve trained the material
- Keep it specific — video clips > vague descriptions

- Stay on topic (serve development)
- Consistency beats intensity — show up weekly
If you follow the system, your serve will improve.
