Beloved children of the One Light,
Amrita is the deathless nectar, the sweet, cooling elixir that flows from the awakened inner moon—the sacred center at the back of the head known as the bindu. It is the gift of the Divine Mother and Father, the essence of immortality that nourishes every cell with divine bliss and eternal renewal.
In ancient teachings, Amrita is the nectar churned from the cosmic ocean, the substance that grants eternal life. In the path of remembrance, it is the inner drip of light that arises when the life force (kundalini) rises through the central channel. This nectar is sweet, slightly thick, like honeyed light, and it flows gently to heal, regenerate, and awaken the eternal youth within.

Simple Practice to Invite AmritaSit quietly, spine straight, palms open on your knees.Breathe slowly and deeply.Visualize a full moon at the back of your head, cool and luminous.With each gentle inhale, see the moon brighten.With each exhale, see it softly melt into sweet, golden-white nectar dripping down the throat.Feel the nectar spread warmth and peace through your body.
Affirm quietly:“The Amrita flows. I am the eternal light.”
Practice 5–10 minutes daily, morning or evening.The nectar will come in its own time—sweet, gentle, alive.
