pErg benchmarks and workout
Did 500 meter benchmarks on the paddle erg for team race rankings. Not quite where I wanted to be, was aiming for a sub-2:10 on left. Definitely gassed out on the right side, usually I'm within 5 seconds of my left side time [2:11.6 left, 2:17.5 right].
Workout: 5x(1000 meters/3 minutes rest)
Struggled to hold the pace below 2:30, definitely helped to have someone working out with me here.
