I did Network Marketing for over a decade and it is true that if you want to have success you need to duplicate well. That's also the problem because too many network marketers look at the potential of their matrix from the bottom up imagining when they have 10,000 in their team and so they go out to find 10,000 teammates.
The problem is most matrixes with spillover are top down 2x? in size and your contact is limited if you direct refer to the company. To fill 10,000 within the matrix is one heck of a job for 1 referrer's standpoint. We need the team to be effective too which means you don't need just any two people at the top of the matrix you need the right two who need the right two and so forth.
To accomplish this you need a recruiting point that is not directly into your program. You need a system like Skool to offer training, community, and support that will help you weed out the non workers, those strictly in it for small dollars if they get a little spillover help. Community around your offer is what builds those massive teams a Double or Triple Diamond leader might be found with.
