General Terms of Service
CASHLEGION.com and it’s partners offer training and networking to become an affiliate marketer. Many will develop the skills required to dominate referral contest leaderboards, and many others will either in partnership with other members or on their own go on to create products and courses within their chosen industries.
Cash Legion can not guarantee your success but we do guarantee the opportunity to earn both through the training which covers any niche market, through the mind map which leads to use of certain automation tools, or through our own in house affiliate program which pays 50% commissions for the life of the buyer and your own paid membership.
ALL MEMEMBERS are required to join using a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and other required identifying information.
Paid Memberships
When you join the program your membership costs are locked in for as long as your membership stays paid in full. If the membership costs raise your dues will remain locked in as per the software model used to power this system.
Affiliate Agreement
Affiliates are private contractors who will agree to file for all licensing and report all required taxes in their personal residing jurisdiction. You are not and may not claim to be employees of Cash Legion or it’s parent company Income Legion of Roll AZ USA.
As an affiliate you are granted a 50% commission based on the membership price paid by your referred member and any purchased special courses within the classroom environment. You are not guaranteed a profit, nor are you required to use paid advertising to promote the company.
Affiliate Promotion Tools will be provided but members are also given access to the community logo to develop their own tools for program promotion. You may not use them to claim to be our company or in a manner that disparages our program.
Members may not use negative marketing to promote the program. You may not use negative terms like Cash Legion Scam or similar to gain undue attention for yourself as an affiliate.
In addition our business model does not require you to promote Cash Legion or any partner resource, your choice of niche is your own.
In the event a chargeback or refund is issued on an earned commission you will see what is known as a claw-back on your account. This is because on a refund there is no earned cash with which to pay you and if you have been paid we will take that amount off your next commission check. Cancellations and 7 Day Refund Policy
To properly cancel your membership and avoid future billing you must use the community back office and cancel your membership. Refunds are not offered bast day 7 of your initial month because you can not unlearn our information products.
TERMS Update Policy
We will edit and add to these terms and conditions over time and while not required to announce such changes we will post update notices within the group and send them to your registered email address.
