š Weekly Encouragement: Put Your Hope & Trust in God
When I was writing the prayer focus for this week, this song came to mind:
āHopeā ā Jonathan Traylor
It reminded me that no matter what we see, we can put our hope and trust in God. Even when things feel uncertain, God is there. As we keep our eyes on Him and His Word, He steadies us.
The whole song is a blessing, but these lyrics really stood out to me:
āWhat I see wonāt shake me
āCause Iāve got hope keeping me steadyā¦ā
No matter what this season looks like, we donāt have to be shaken. Hope in God will keep us steady.
And when thoughts of doubt, fear, or insecurity try to come up, thatās when we need to rebuke those thoughts and replace them with Godās Wordāwhat He says about the situation. God has a solution for everything we are going through.
