Introduction

Hey there, my name is Tanner Dahl. I love golf, basketball, bourbon, and talking/learning about all things investing and personal finance. I began my real estate journey buying a duplex in my hometown, living in one unit and renting out the other(Househacking). This covered my living expense at the time and allowed me take a lot more risk, ultimately leading to the decision to dive all in on Real Estate and make the move down to Charlotte almost 3 years ago from the Buffalo, NY area. Since then, I've enjoyed much warmer weather and have primarily been focused on sourcing off market single family homes and land for other investors. My goal is to continue finding more consistency with sourcing off market opportunities and begin to maximize the value in each deal, whether it is wholesale, fix and flip, or a new spec build.
