Looking for an Appointment Setter
UpOne Coaching is a premium 1-1 online fitness coaching brand helping busy, career-driven men transform their body and confidence through structured training, nutrition, and accountability.
We have 500,000+ organic followers, consistent inbound demand, and a proven system.
We’re now looking to bring on one experienced appointment setter to support both inbound and outbound conversations as we scale.
This Role Is For You If:
- You have prior appointment-setting experience (fitness or high-ticket preferred)
- You’re confident handling inbound and outbound Instagram DMs
- You know how to qualify properly without being pushy
- You value systems, structure, and feedback
This is not a beginner role and not a closing position.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound Instagram DMs
- Run structured outbound outreach
- Qualify leads using a proven framework
- Book qualified strategy calls
- Maintain clean tracking in ManyChat / CRM
- Follow up with warm leads
Compensation
Performance-based commission
$2,000–$3,000 USD/month earning potential
Clear progression for strong performers
Trial
