LETS BE REAL AND KEEP IN MIND…
Everybody doesn’t need to rush the process in the tax industry.
If staying a PTIN holder for 2–3 years is what makes sense for you, then do that. Master your level before trying to jump titles.
I’ve been at every level in this industry and still made six figures before becoming an SB. Titles don’t make money — knowledge, consistency, and discipline do.
Not everyone is meant to be an ERO or SB, and that’s perfectly fine. Every role plays a part.
What’s not fine is knocking people because they’re comfortable where they are. Everybody’s path is different. Move when you’re ready, not when the internet tells you to. 💎
