๐ŸŽฏ Daily Task Scheduling Prompt
Use this prompt each morning (or the night before) to structure your day like a productivity pro:
"Today, I will organize my tasks by priority and energy level. First, Iโ€™ll list everything I must get done (urgent/important). Then Iโ€™ll add what I should get done (important but not urgent). Finally, Iโ€™ll list tasks that are optional or low-priority. I will time-block my schedule in this order: high-focus tasks in the morning, collaborative or mid-energy tasks in the afternoon, and admin/follow-up work in the late afternoon. Iโ€™ll reserve 10 minutes at the end of the day to reflect and prepare for tomorrow."
๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip: Use categories like:
  • ๐Ÿ”ด Urgent & Important
  • ๐ŸŸก Important, Not Urgent
  • ๐Ÿ”ต Low Priority
  • ๐Ÿ—‚ Admin/Follow-Up
๐Ÿ“… Time-block example:
  • 9amโ€“11am: Deep work / client deliverables
  • 11amโ€“12pm: Email & communication
  • 1pmโ€“2pm: Meetings / collaboration
  • 2pmโ€“3pm: Project updates / documentation
  • 3pmโ€“4pm: Follow-ups & prep for tomorrow
