1) I intend to do 30 minutes of yoga every day this week!
2) I intend to meet my step goal every day this week!
3) I intend to get my schoolwork submitted by THURSDAY this week!!
4) I intend to make good decisions when it comes to what goes in my body this week!
5) I intend to stay positive in my thoughts and actions this week!
