This craft has a few more supplies than our beginner projects, but everything is affordable and easy to find. The polymer clay is the only new material — and I promise it's much easier to work with than it sounds.
Beginner tip: Dig through your jewelry box before you shop. An old brooch, a vintage button, or even a decorative earring pressed into clay creates the most stunning texture. The more ornate the better.
Half Moon heads up: Polymer clay needs to be baked so plan ahead — you'll want a couple of hours from start to finish including cooling time.
