LIVE Q&A SESSION - ASK YOUR QUESTIONS
Dear ones, If there's anything you've been struggling with in your relationship, intimacy, masculine or feminine energy, emotional healing, or your Tantra journey, ask your question here. I encourage you to post your question in the community because your question might also help someone else who's silently going through the same thing. We all learn together. If your question feels too personal, you can always send me a direct message instead. I'll be happy to answer you there as well. Before posting, just take a quick look through the comments. If someone has already asked a question that's very similar to yours, try asking something different. That way we can make the best use of our time together and cover as many topics as possible, so everyone receives more value from this session. There are no silly questions here. Ask openly, ask honestly, and I'll do my best to guide you. Looking forward to hearing from all of you❤️

The Bench in the Park
My name is Arthur, and I'm 38 years old. For the past 10 years, I've been helping people build confidence, improve communication, and create healthier relationships. People often think relationship psychology is about learning how to make someone love you. But after helping hundreds of people, I've learned something completely different. Relationship psychology begins with understanding yourself. This story is about a man named Chris. Chris was 33 years old when he first contacted me. Unlike many people who joined my community, Chris had already been in several relationships. But every relationship ended the same way. The women would slowly become distant. Communication would disappear. Eventually, they would leave. Chris couldn't understand why. "I always treated them well," he told me. "I was always available. I always said yes. I always tried to make them happy." Then he asked me the question that changed everything. "Arthur... why does everyone leave me?" Instead of answering immediately, I asked him another question. "When was the last time you made yourself happy?" There was silence. A full minute passed before he replied. "I don't remember." That answer explained everything. Chris had built his entire identity around pleasing other people. If his girlfriend wanted Italian food, he wanted Italian food. If she wanted to watch a movie, he wanted the same movie. If she changed plans, he changed his. At first, that sounded kind. But over time, something disappeared. His own identity. One Saturday afternoon, I asked Chris to meet me in a nearby park. We sat on an old wooden bench under a large oak tree. Families walked past us. Children laughed while feeding ducks. For several minutes, neither of us spoke. Finally, I pointed toward the playground. "Look over there." A little boy was trying to fly a kite. The wind kept pulling it down. Each time it fell, he picked it up again. His father never grabbed the kite for him. He simply encouraged him to keep trying. Eventually, the kite lifted into the sky. I looked back at Chris. "What did you notice?" He smiled. "The father didn't solve the problem." "Exactly." "Because confidence isn't borrowed. It's built." Then I told him something he'd never considered. "You're trying so hard to make everyone else happy that you've forgotten to become someone you're proud of." He looked down at the ground. "I think you're right." That day became the beginning of a completely different journey. For the next thirty days, I gave Chris one unusual assignment. He wasn't allowed to ask anyone else what they wanted before asking himself. If he wanted to eat somewhere, he chose the restaurant. If he wanted to spend Saturday hiking, he went hiking. If he wanted to learn guitar, he enrolled in lessons. For the first time in years, he began discovering who he really was. At first it felt uncomfortable. He worried people would think he had become selfish. But something surprising happened. His friends didn't respect him less. They respected him more. Because they finally saw someone with opinions, dreams, goals, boundaries, and confidence. A year later, Chris met a woman named Hannah. Their relationship felt completely different. One evening he called me. "Arthur..." "I finally understand." "What?" "I thought love meant giving away every part of yourself. But real love means sharing your life... not losing it." That sentence made me smile. Because it's one of the most important lessons I've ever learned. Healthy relationships aren't built by becoming whoever someone else wants you to be. They're built when two complete people choose to grow together. You don't have to abandon your dreams, your hobbies, your personality, or your values. The strongest relationships allow both people to continue becoming better versions of themselves. That's exactly why I created this community. Every day I help people build confidence, improve communication, understand relationship psychology, and develop healthy emotional habits. Inside the community you'll find daily guidance, practical exercises, confidence challenges, and a step-by-step roadmap designed to help you grow—not just as a partner, but as a person. If you're constantly seeking approval, if you've forgotten who you are, or if you've been putting everyone else's happiness ahead of your own, start with one simple question: **"What kind of person do I want to become?"** The answer to that question can change every relationship you'll ever have.

Meditation Isn’t About Stopping Your Thoughts
A lot of people say: “I can’t meditate. My mind is too active.” But that’s exactly why you meditate. Meditation isn’t about forcing your mind to become completely silent. Your thoughts will come. Memories will appear. Your mind will wander. You may feel restless. That’s normal. The practice is learning to notice what is happening without immediately getting carried away by it. Try this today: Sit comfortably for 5 minutes. Close your eyes. Notice your breathing without trying to change it. When a thought appears, simply notice: “I’m thinking.” Then gently bring your attention back to your breath. And repeat. Again. And again. And again. Every time you come back, that’s the practice. Over time, meditation can help you create a little more space between what you experience and how you react to it. You don’t have to become a different person. You simply become more aware of the person you already are. What usually makes meditation difficult for you, a busy mind, restlessness, or finding the time? 🧘‍♀️
