The tightness in your shoulders.
The shallow breath.
The heaviness in your chest.
The constant need to stay “okay.”
In Tantra, awareness begins with listening.
Not judging what you feel.
Not forcing it to disappear.
Not immediately trying to fix yourself.
Simply becoming present enough to notice what your body has been carrying.
When you bring awareness into the body, suppressed emotions can begin to be seen, felt and understood.
Your body is not your enemy.
It is one of the deepest places where your awareness can begin.
