What does “coming back to yourself” feel like in your body?
I’ve been sitting with that question lately, noticing how presence isn’t always a big moment sometimes it’s just a soft exhale, a loosening in the chest, or a quiet shift in attention.
It’s interesting how the smallest sensations can guide us back into alignment when we actually pause long enough to notice them.
