If you want to reconnect, start here:
• Sit in silence for 5 minutes daily (no phone, no distractions)
• Bring your attention to your breath — don’t change it, just notice
• Scan your body slowly and observe any tension without judging it
• When you feel discomfort, don’t escape — stay with it and breathe
This is the foundation of tantric awareness.
Tantric wisdom isn’t something you learn outside.
It’s something you experience when you come back into your body.
