🔥 Healing & Discernment Activation Exercises
As I worked through this study, one of the biggest lessons that stood out to me was the importance of asking, "What's speaking?"
Is it the Spirit?
Or is it fear, pain, insecurity, rejection, or past wounds?
This lesson reminded me that discernment is not just about hearing from God it is also about making sure my own emotions, experiences, and unhealed areas are not influencing how I interpret what I hear.
One statement that really resonated with me was:
"Discernment is not just spiritual sensitivity... it's emotional health and spiritual maturity working together."
As I continue growing spiritually, my prayer is that God continues to heal every area of my heart that could distort my perception, cloud my discernment, or influence my response. I want to discern with wisdom, clarity, and truth not through the lens of fear, hurt, or insecurity.
Another powerful reminder from this week's study...
Pressure pushes. Peace leads.Healing matters because healing removes distortion from discernment.
