My name is Roosevelt. I’m a full time licensed investor out in CT and RI. Mainly focusing on wholesaling and buy and hold investing with some occasional on market listings. I currently have 7 units. I source all my own deals direct to seller
Im looking to get into flipping and buying more rentals and meet like minded investors
