What confused you way more than you expected?
Honest question for builders:
When you first started working with AI automations / agents, what part turned out to be far more confusing or fragile than you expected?
Could be:
- Inputs & data structure
- Edge cases
- Prompts / output consistency
- Integrations & auth
- Monitoring & failures
- Human behavior 😅
Asking because these “surprise pain points” seem to slow people down more than the tools themselves.
